
Job Description
1. The law firm provides precise client resources. Develop corporate clients through online channels, telephone, and other means (including but not limited to phone calls, online platforms, WeChat, emails, and on-site visits).
2. Promote the law firm’s services, communicate the value of legal counsel, propose solutions to clients’ legal issues, and facilitate cooperation to establish the client as a partner of the firm.
3. Collect market client information and dynamics, effectively maintain and develop client relationships, enhance engagement, and deeply explore case sources.
4. Maintain close long-term contact with clients, promptly feedback client needs to the law firm, and notify clients of case progress.
5. Sustain client relationships, expand long-term strategic cooperation plans, provide timely and effective work reports, and maintain detailed work records.
6. Build and manage team operations.
Compensation and Benefits
1. Work Hours: 9:00–12:00, 13:30–18:00, weekends off.
2. Compensation: Base salary + high commission (10–30%) + bonuses + subsidies + paid annual leave.
3. Training: The firm provides systematic professional training in legal knowledge and sales skills.
4. Promotion Path: Sales Assistant → Sales Supervisor → Sales Manager → Sales Director.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above, major in law or related fields, with proven sales capabilities.
Outgoing personality, quick responsiveness, strong communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Proven team management skills and leadership capabilities.
High sense of responsibility, ability to work under significant pressure.
