Job Description

1.Case Management & Litigation

Independently take charge of diverse legal cases, conducting in - depth legal research to analyze complex issues, statutes, and precedents relevant to each case.

Develop comprehensive legal strategies, draft pleadings, motions, contracts, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail.

Represent clients in court hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and administrative proceedings, presenting arguments persuasively and advocating for clients' best interests.

Oversee all aspects of case progress, including managing deadlines, coordinating with opposing parties and courts, and ensuring compliance with procedural rules.

2. Legal Counseling & Advice

Provide expert legal counsel to clients, assessing their unique legal situations and offering tailored solutions.
Advise clients on risk management, compliance with laws and regulations, and potential legal implications of business decisions or personal actions.

Stay updated on the latest legal developments in relevant practice areas and communicate changes to clients, helping them adapt their strategies accordingly.

3. Client Relationship Building & Management
Establish and nurture long - term client relationships by understanding clients' needs, goals, and concerns.

Maintain regular communication with clients, providing timely updates on case status, promptly responding to inquiries, and offering proactive support.

Build trust and credibility through professionalism, integrity, and delivering high - quality legal services, leading to client satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.

Identify opportunities to expand services to existing clients, such as handling additional legal matters or providing ongoing legal support.

Requirements

  • Ability to independently build a business team; candidates with strong team management skills will be prioritized.
