
Job Description
1. Maintain existing intellectual property (IP) clients and develop new client relationships.
2. Draft IP rights protection project proposals and compile project research reports.
3. Receive clients, conduct business negotiations, and secure cooperation intentions.
4. Prepare IP case lead reports and investigation/crackdown summaries.
5. Career Path: Account Manager → Senior Account Manager → Client Department Manager → Client Director.
Compensation and Benefits
1. Work Hours: 9:00–12:00, 13:30–18:00, weekends off.
2. Compensation: Base salary + high commission (10–30%) + bonuses + subsidies + paid annual leave.
3. Training: The firm provides systematic professional training in legal knowledge and sales skills.
4. Promotion Path: Sales Assistant → Sales Supervisor → Sales Manager → Sales Director.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above; CET - 6 or above in English, fluent oral communication, and proficient in business email correspondence in English.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent copywriting abilities.
Prior experience in IP agency, trademark protection, or related fields is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including PPT for developing client proposals and documents.
Ability to work under pressure, demonstrate diligence, and maintain a professional, rigorous work attitude.
